My body and mind are strong
I am grateful for the strength that lives within me. Every day, my body supports me, carries me, and helps me move through life. My mind helps me think, learn, grow, and make wise choices. I am strong in more ways than I can see, and I give thanks for that strength every single day.
My body may not be perfect, but it is powerful. I honor it with care, rest, and movement. I listen to what it needs, and I treat it with love and respect. I feel my muscles growing, my energy rising, and my health improving. Each breath I take fills me with life. Each step I take reminds me that I am capable and alive.
My mind is clear, focused, and calm. I choose thoughts that help me, not hurt me. I let go of fear and doubt. I replace them with trust and belief. I know that challenges will come, but I also know I can face them with courage. I am stronger than my past. I am wiser because of my journey.
I am growing every day. My strength is not just in my body or my brain—it’s in my heart. I am brave, kind, and full of purpose. I know who I am, and I know what I want. I trust myself. I believe in myself. I am proud of how far I’ve come, and I look forward to how much more I will grow.
I treat myself with care. I eat well, I rest when I need it, and I speak to myself with kindness. I let go of harsh thoughts. I choose peace, balance, and love. I know that when my mind is healthy, my body feels better too. They are connected, and I care for both with gratitude.
I am not perfect, and I don’t need to be. Strength doesn’t mean never falling—it means rising again and again. I celebrate every step, every win, and even the moments that teach me something new.
Right now, in this moment, I feel my strength. It lives in my body. It shines in my mind. It guides me forward
